All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During new product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Clear Sky Hat Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@clearskyhatco.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Clear Sky Hat Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
